This natural dye swatch set made with 100% natural ingredience like indigo, madder, kaddukai, arabica, catechu, kamala, alkanet, etc. All the raw materials are available in abundance in India.
The natural dye intake depends a lot on the fabric construction and fibre/fabric pre-processes. Natural dyes perform the best when the fabric is not spoiled with chemicals.
The same dyes bath is applied for 3 different fabrics:
1st row- RFD cotton, jersey
2nd row - CORA cotton, jersey
3rd row - WEGANOOL™, fleece
Color fastness to washing is 3-4, some colors 4-5, based on our recommended testing methods. Testing needs to be done with pH-neutral soap.
