ARKA

WHAT IS ARKA?

ARKA is a concentrated residue of calotropis, mixed with various ayurvedic plants. This herbal extract repels pests, boosts the growth and immunity of plants, and helps farmers save money while becoming organic.

Farmers are the backbone of civilization and an extension of Mother Earth. For centuries they worked hard to put bread on the table while the rest of society had a chance to evolve intellectually. It’s not easy to think on an empty stomach! Now it’s time to give them the respect they deserve and work together for a better future.

ARKA DOES NOT KILL INSECTS, IT ONLY REPELS THEM!

ARKA is rich in Alkaloids, naturally occurring chemical compounds, which has various benefits:

Alkaloids improve the cell division of the plants resulting in better growth and health. ARKA has been able to recover almost dead plants to life, leaving farmers speechless.

In ayurvedic practices, few drops of calotropis extract along with a sweetener are given as a dewormer for kids. But a higher dose of alkaloids causes indigestion and diarrhea. Insects have the same effect when they feed on plants treated with ARKA. The pests will soon move out from the sprayed areas and look for new feeding grounds.

Having anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial properties, the alkaloids help fight against common challenges like the mosaic virus and wilting. Fungal infections spreading through leaves and roots can also be solved by spraying on the foliage and drenching the soil.

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE

ARKA performs the best when used on a regular basis.

6 REASONS TO SWITCH TO ORGANIC FOOD

Pesticides and fertilizers are a burden on the farmers’ pockets, land, and the whole ecosystem.

Farmers

  • Farmers are spending hard-earned money on pesticides without realizing that it comes with long-term side effects.

  • Chemicals never address the root causes and over time, nature builds resistance through the survival of the fittest. Farmers are caught in a vicious cycle of purchasing more and more stronger substances.

  • Farmers handle toxic substances without sufficient protection and end up spending a major portion of their incomes on medicines and recovering.

Land & Eco-system

  • Continuous use of pesticides deposits toxic elements into the soil, slowly degrading the lands and farmers’ health. During rains, a high amount of synthesized nutrients flow into the nearby bodies causing eutrophication.

  • Chemicals kill not only their pests but also their predators, creating havoc in the food web.

  • Due to the longer lifespan of predators, the chemicals can cause mutations and deformities to future generations.

SUB-PROJECT

Mosquito-free communities

One of the most irritating household insects is mosquitoes and the go-to solution for communities is fumigation. The chemical substances used in this process are dangerous to all, especially children and seniors with breathing difficulties.

Mosquitoes have evolved for millions of years, thus FABORG had to do extensive research to understand their behavior and create easy instructions for communities to follow. The Special Community Package is a tried and tested solution to achieve a mosquito-free life.
