Please note our shipping policies as below -
A complete postal address including pin code, email id, contact number, and an alternative WhatsApp number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.
Our packages are sent via logistic companies as a "To Pay" option (the "courier charges" of the products are collected from the customer at the time of delivery.) You can choose godown pickup between 3 logistics service providers. VRL ships nationwide (we will follow up with the courier slip or AWB number), while MSS is ideal for Tamil Nadu shipments plus they will send delivery updates via SMS directly to you once the parcel has arrived.
FABORG will deliver the products to the Logistic Service chosen without applying handling charges. The rest of the delivery charges are taken care of by the customer.
We ship daily and if the order is placed before 3 pm then the shipment will leave the same day. Shipment won't leave on public holidays and Sundays. We only supply in India. Depending on the location the delivery will take 2-7 business days. If the parcel is not received within 7 days please notify us on +91 6382 323 356 and we will be happy to assist you.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our logistic partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
